Electron Back Scatter Diffraction (MSc 3)
The EBSD course is an elective course in MSc Sustainable Materials-Crystalline Materials and consists of a theoretical part (lecture) and a practical part at our SEM. In the framework of this course basic knowledge about this important technique for the determination of the orientation of crystals and films is teached and the technique is shown directly at the setup. In the practical part the students will have the possibility to perform real measurements.
