2017 - 5th German-Swiss Conference on Crystal Growth
On 8.-10.3.2017 the GSCCG-5 took place in Freiburg. This year, the most important national conference of crystal growers was held together with the swiss association of crystal growth. The conference was organized by Dr. Tina Sorgenfrei (Crystallography, U Freiburg), Dr. Stephan Riepe (Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems, Freiburg) and Dr. Enrico Giannini (Université de Genève).
2014 - The Crystallography in Freiburg is 50!
On the occasion of the 50th birthday of the Crystllography in Freiburg a scientific colloquium was held on 31.10.-1.11.2014.

At 3.-5.3.2010 the most important national conference on crystal growth was held in Freiburg. The conference was organized by the Crystallography of U Freiburg.
